SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with thelaws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations, including the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

 

SECTION 19 - PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT OPERATOR

1. We offer various payment methods for our Services and products, including fast online bank transfers, BLIK, and credit/debit card payments.

2. The entity providing online payment services is PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24), with its registered office in Poznań (ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań), KRS number: 0000347935, NIP: 7792369887, REGON: 301345068.

SECTION 20 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

1. In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, a Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the product or concluding the contract for Services.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform us of their decision by an unequivocal statement sent to our email address: info@jondosport.pl.

3. If the Customer withdraws from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be issued using the same means of payment as the Customer used for the initial transaction.

4. The Customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

SECTION 21 - COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

1. STUDPRO Sp. z o.o. is legally obligated to deliver products and Services free from physical and legal defects.

2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the email address: info@jondosport.pl or in writing to our Customer Service Office address.

3. A complaint should include a detailed description of the issue, information allowing the identification of the order, and the Customer's preferred method of resolution.

4. We will respond to the Customer's complaint promptly, and no later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt. Failure to provide a response within the 14-day timeframe is legally deemed as an acknowledgment and acceptance of the complaint as justified.
