Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of STUDPRO Sp. z o.o. This Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from STUDPRO Sp. z o.o. (via www.jondosport.pl) and its official wholesale and distribution partners.

What does this warranty cover?

This Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, STUDPRO Sp. z o.o. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

STUDPRO Sp. z o.o. will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from STUDPRO Sp. z o.o. is 24 months from the date of purchase (delivery of the goods), in compliance with European Union and Polish consumer protection laws. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 24 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this warranty not cover?

This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship (e.g., normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or accidental damage).

Statutory Consumer Rights

Please note that this commercial warranty applies in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable national and European Union laws relating to the sale of consumer goods (including the legal guarantee of conformity).
